Fixed and starting service prices are labor-only unless the listing says otherwise. Model-specific hardware-repair quotes include the approved parts and labor, and the managed-maintenance package includes its listed subscription and services. Applicable tax, travel, equipment, materials, licenses, and third-party charges are separate unless included in the listing or written estimate.

Current device-repair appointments focus on tablets and laptops. Hardware work is quoted by exact model so the approved price can include compatible parts and labor.

Printer Repair

Set up scanners, external drives, monitors, home printers, and similar devices. Basic organization of that device’s accessible cables is included.

Standalone Cable Management
Organize and secure existing, accessible residential or business cables, including workstations, network racks, and server areas. Basic Ethernet or coax testing and tracing can be included when accessible. This does not include in-wall wiring, electrical work, or licensed low-voltage installation.

Residential & SMB Backup Services
Choose a self-managed setup or ongoing management by Raven Technology Solutions. Available scopes include selected files and folders, full-drive backups, and weekly or monthly snapshots. These are scheduled backups, not real-time backups.

Installation Services
Installation prices are labor-only and assume customer-supplied equipment, accessible mounting locations, and existing power and network service. Cable runs, wall fishing, electrical work, and licensed low-voltage work are quoted separately; Raven Technology Solutions can coordinate a qualified technician when needed.

Remote / Maintenance Services
Planned Managed Maintenance Package
The planned starting package for one computer includes a one-year antivirus subscription, scheduled backup setup and maintenance, routine monthly maintenance, and one included remote support session of up to 90 minutes each month. The support session does not roll over. Backups are scheduled snapshots or file backups, not real-time protection.
Starting at $80/month
Minimum 12-month agreement. Additional computers, support sessions, backup frequency, storage needs, and maintenance tasks adjust the written quote. Enrollment will open after the service software, storage configuration, restore and deletion procedures, and customer agreement are finalized and tested.
PC Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose and resolve software issues remotely, including virus removal and system optimization. Includes up to 90 minutes.

Remote Network Support Services
Assist with network configuration and troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely for home or small-business networks. Includes up to 90 minutes.

On-Site Travel Charges:
Travel tiers are based on driving distance from our Baker Road office and confirmed from the service address before booking.
Within 10 Driving Miles: No travel charge.
10 to 20 Driving Miles: $20 travel charge.
20 to 30 Driving Miles: $40 travel charge.
Over 30 Driving Miles: Call for availability and a quote.
Estimates and Warranty Terms:
Written Scope: Your estimate identifies the approved work, labor, parts or materials, and known travel charges. Sales tax and any clearly identified special-order costs are added when applicable.
Warranty Terms: Any labor or parts warranty that applies to a job will be stated on the estimate or invoice. Coverage can differ by service, part, manufacturer, and supplier, so ask about the terms before authorizing work.
Parts and Materials:
Part Selection: Parts are selected for each job based on compatibility, availability, repairability, and the option approved by the customer. A part is described as OEM only when its source is documented as OEM.
Posted Prices: Each table states whether an amount is fixed, starting, session-based, or subject to an estimate. Parts, materials, travel, tax, and third-party fees are included only when the listing or written estimate says they are.
Special Orders: Rare or specialized parts can add cost and lead time; those details are confirmed before an order is placed.
Tax Considerations:
Applicable Taxes: Prices do not include sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of billing, in compliance with Florida state laws.
Data Privacy:
Customer Data: Devices and account information are handled discreetly and accessed only as needed for the agreed work. Repairs and failing hardware can carry a risk of data loss, so customers should back up important data before service whenever possible.
Recovered Files: When cloud delivery is selected for a software-based data-recovery job, the private download copy is available for up to 90 days and then deleted from active recovery storage. Customers may request earlier deletion. See the privacy policy for retention details and third-party-service limits.
Diagnostics and Estimates:
Fee: Diagnostic fees start at $80 and vary by device and required testing. The scope and fee are confirmed before service.
Repair Credit: If the customer approves the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited dollar-for-dollar toward that repair for electronics dropped off by appointment or picked up within 10 driving miles of the Baker Road location. The credit does not apply to on-site diagnostics outside that area or to non-electronics services.
When the Fee Remains Due: The diagnostic fee remains due when a repair is declined, the device cannot be repaired, required parts are unavailable, or proceeding would not be cost-effective. Raven Technology Solutions may waive the fee at its discretion.
Repair Turnaround Time:
Tablets and Laptops: Timing is confirmed after the exact model, needed part, and appointment availability are checked. Part availability and repair complexity can affect turnaround.
Computers and Laptops: Turnaround time varies based on complexity; clients will be informed of expected timelines.
