Printer Repair in
River Ridge, FL
A paper-jam message can remain after the visible sheet is removed because a torn scrap, label, foreign object, worn roller, sensor flag, damaged tray guide, or incorrect paper stock still affects the path. Pulling harder can turn a recoverable jam into damage.
Raven Technology Solutions can inspect the paper path for River Ridge customers. Keep torn pieces, photograph where the leading edge stopped, and bring the exact paper, envelope, or label stock that jammed so the failure can be matched to the path.

Common Questions
River Ridge Printer Repair FAQ
Our printer works from one computer but not the others. Why?
It may be installed only on one device, while other devices use an old address, different queue, missing driver, or unsupported discovery method. We compare the working and failing paths.
Can you sort out a printer that jams constantly?
It may be. A worn roller, paper scrap, sensor flag, tray guide, duplexer, unsuitable stock, or damaged path can cause repeats. We inspect the path before judging repair value.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the printer in?
